We custom design aging conveyor line for PCs & laptops. The aging lines are usually integrated with the assembly and testing lines and consists of vertical lifts that transfer the PCs or laptops to one of the three tiers of the aging conveyor. This transfer can either by sequential or can be based on the available space on the line. Aging time can be user controlled through the control panel.
The different tiers can be balance with single phase supply. The pallets are integrated with individual circuit breakers and indicators for fail safe operation on the line. These aging lines provide an efficient use of the factory floor for aging of PCs, laptops & other white goods.
