Our roller tracks or roller placons are modular conveyors which are easy to mount on standard frames with the help of different brackets & can be easily shifted or modified as per the need of the application. These roller tracks form an integral part of our lean systems and can be used to construct a wide range of structures such as trolleys, FIFO racking, manual low volume assembly lines, free flow systems, racking systems and low cost gravity conveying applications.
The roller tracks are made of high strength formed GI profile with perforations and the rollers are made of PE. The rollers are mounted on the GI profile using pins. The roller track mounting frame construction is of light weight but strong resin coated pipe or MS hollow sections. The roller tracks are mounted on this frame using standard brackets and accessories. The structures can assembled, disassembled or modified within a few hours without the need for any special tools.
The roller tracks are available in widths of 40 mm, 60 mm and 80 mm with wide variety of roller colour options. There is a wide variety of brackets including normal brackets, stopper type brackets, breakers, drop down brackets, jointers, etc.
The standard lengths available are of 4 mtrs which can be customized to specific lengths are per the structure design based on a MoQ.
